1. Introduction to Pranic Energy Healing
What is Pranic Healing?
Pranic Healing is a powerful, no-touch energy healing system developed by Master Choa Kok Sui. It works on the principle that the human body has an energy field (aura) that influences its physical, emotional, and mental well-being. By using life force energy (prana), Pranic Healing cleanses, energizes, and balances this energy field, promoting natural healing.
This system is based on two key principles:
- The Principle of Self-Recovery: The body has an innate ability to heal itself. Pranic Healing accelerates this process by removing energetic blockages and replenishing the body with fresh prana.
- The Principle of Life Force Energy: Prana, or life force energy, is necessary to sustain life and health. By increasing the flow of prana, we enhance the body’s ability to repair and rejuvenate itself.
What is Prana (Life Force Energy)?
Prana is the subtle energy that sustains life in all living beings. It is also known by different names in various cultures:
- Qi (Chi) in Chinese medicine
- Ki in Japanese Reiki
- Mana in Hawaiian traditions
- Ruach or Pneuma in ancient Spiritual teachings
Without prana, the body cannot function properly. When prana is depleted or congested, it leads to physical, emotional, and psychological imbalances.
Sources of Prana
There are three primary sources of panic energy:
- Solar Prana (sunlight Energy)
- Absorbed from the sun, it strengthens the body and energizes the aura.
-
Sunlight prone is highly cleansing and vitalizing
- Sunbathing for a few minutes daily can increase your energy levels.
2. Air Prana (energy from the Atmosphere)
- This prana is absorbed through breathing.
- Deep breathing techniques and pranayama help maximize air prana intake.
- Spending tine in fresh, open environments (forests, mountains, near water) increases panic absorption.
3. Earth Prana (Ground Energy from the Earth)
- The earth emits energy that we absorb through our feet.
- Walking barefoot on grass, soil, or sand helps recharge our energy.
- Grounding techniques, like standing or meditating outdoors, help balance our panic system.
Understanding the Energy Body & Chakras
The human body is surrounded by an invisible energy field known as the aura, which consists of different layers. This energy body interpenetrates the physical body and influences our health.
Key Component of the Energy System:
1. The Aura (Energy Field)
- Acts as a protective shield against external energies.
- Stores emotional and mental energies.
- Damage or contamination in the aura can result in physical illnesses.
2. Chakra (Energy Centres)
- There are major and minor chakras that regulate different functions of the body.
- Each chakra governs specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspect of life.
- Some of the major chakras include:
> Crown Chakra (Sahasrara):
Connection to divine energy, mental clarity.
> Ajna Chakra (Third Eye):
Intuition, insight, and mental focus.
> Throat Chakra (Vishuddha):
Communication, expression.
> Heart Chakra (Anahata):
Lova, compassion, emotional healing.
> Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura):
Personal power, emotional control.
> Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana):
Creativity, sexuality, relationships.
> Root Chakra (Muladhara):
Grounding, stability, survival instincts.
Each chakra absorbs, processes, and distributes prana throughout the body. When a chakra is blocked, it can result in emotional distress or physical ailments.
